Which of these Wii games should I buy or rent?

I know that some games are really good, but they get old after you beat, so I do not want not buy a game and never want to play again. if out of these games for the Wii which should I buy and who should I rent? or perhaps some are do not even bother .. I would probably recommend either Mario Party 8 (if you play with friends a lot) or Super Paper Mario (especially if you play by yourself). Big Brain Academy is fun (yes, it is out).
