Help I keep getting an error ret – 2011 for installing the plugs on my Wii?

I 4.0U Wii, and I installed the homebrew channel and wad manager 1.4, when I try to install Opera Channel, it says error Ret – 2011. I do not want to downgrade what I do.

in the WAD manager, do you have to install the IOS35 wad? cioscorps Google and see if it will load the IOS for you
